Youth Employment and Deliquency Prevention Program

Healthy Vallejo CSSI’s destiny is growth and continual life change. We have a waiting list an arm long of young people needing employment, vocational training, life skills. We want to expand by having the funding and resources to give more hours to the Interns and hire more people to have a great impact on the beautification of our city. Vallejo is a beautiful waterfront city that we want to elevate even more.

We have employed over 95 Youth and Young Adults over the past 3 years, with many who have gone on to college, vocational careers and micro businesses; of that number, we know of only two that have reoffended in some way. Remember we are working with young people that have survived human trafficking, drug addicted parent, drive by shootings and very severe levels of poverty. Therefore, we are grateful to positively impact the number of young lives that we have and are.
